Interior concept

With the compact S1000, a tunnel is now used in a micro ATX housing for the first time. As a result, the power supply and hard drives can be discreetly installed outside the direct field of view. In addition, the S1000 has a practical cable management system, which allows for clean wiring of all components through numerous openings and cut-outs and thus ensures optimal air flow inside. The tunnel offers space for a power supply with a maximum length of 24 cm. An expansion of the mounting space allows the movable hard drive cage, which can be moved by thumb screws up to four cm in the direction of the front panel. For example, for extra long power supplies or more space for wiring. Graphics cards can be mounted up to a maximum length of 40 cm, CPU cooler with a maximum height of 15.5 cm.

Optimal ventilation.

Two 120 mm fans are already pre-installed: Behind the side air inlets of the front panel there is a fan for the fresh air supply. Another fan is mounted on the back. A dust filter protects against dirt and thanks to the magnetic attachment, it can be quickly removed and cleaned at any time. In the front and in the bottom, on the air inlet of the power supply, there are easily accessible and removable dust filters.

Individually adjustable mounting options.

3.5 inch hard drives can be conveniently mounted with a rail system inside the tunnel on the bottom without screwing. Air circulation is favoured by the ventilation slits incorporated into the tunnel. Two SSDs can be placed on the back of the motherboard tray. For 5.25 inch drives, a mounting bay is available, which alternatively offers the option of mounting two additional SSDs. Despite the compact design of the S1000 does not have to be dispensed with the installation of water cooling: 240mm radiators install directly in the front. To allow mounting of 280 mm radiators, the 5.25 inch mounting bay has been modular and can be easily removed if required. The overall height of the radiators including fan can be a maximum of 5.9 cm.

Easy to connect.

At the top of the front of the case there are audio ports for microphone and headphones as well as two USB 3.0 interfaces for convenient connection of most important peripherals. The USB 3.0 ports are connected via a 19-pin motherboard plug.
Quick access to all components

Both side panels are equipped with thumb screws and can be removed without tools. Wireless front bezel design, interfaces, status LED, power and reset buttons are directly connected to the body of the case. The front panel can therefore be easily removed at any time. This facilitates the installation of drives in the front as well as the cleaning of the dust filter, which is located behind the front panel.
