Native AMD Offset Mounting

For several generations, AMD has been using a multi-die chipset design for its Ryzen desktop processors. Unlike Intel CPUs, the hotspot on these processors is not located centrally under the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader), but is slightly offset.
