When you're not planning to put your PC under higher loads, such as a work computer with a basic (or integrated) GPU, a basic and reliable power supply will do the job. You won't be drawing much power from the wall, so efficiency doesn't really impact your PC much. While a PSU delivering only basic power to your components won't make much noise, you should keep in mind that these PSUs do not have a Zero RPM mode.
